Living life with a spiritual perspective is vital!
When we truly embrace a spiritual lifestyle, we open ourselves to a place of bliss and peace. We feel more centered and calm. There are many principles to explore, techniques to try, and ideas to consider in this lifestyle.
Going forward in this journey with compassion in your heart and an angel of positivity on your shoulder will help you connect with others in meaningful ways, increase self-awareness, and hold yourself and others liable.
To live daily from a spiritual perspective, we must start with self-recognition. Take some time to recognize your negative traits and qualities. This way, you can begin to hold yourself accountable going forward.
We may not be able to right all our wrongs with ourselves or others, but we can push reset and go forward with newfound mindfulness. We must allow ourselves the gift of forgiveness so we can heal and move forward. Take time to recognize your strengths as well, not just your faults.
Ask yourself: What behaviors, qualities, and traits do I want to continue building upon? Then, begin focusing on that. Watch how the energy shifts around you as you start living from this place of acceptance, positivity, forgiveness, and mindfulness.
Remember, forgiveness is not always about others. It is often about us so that we can be free. Each moment that you are given in life is another opportunity.
We can take on a challenge given to us and choose how we want to react to it. We do hold that kind of power. Our reaction to a situation can go this way ↑ or this way ↓. Which will you choose? We are not perfect, and sometimes we can choose wrongly. Listen, sometimes in traffic, I choose wrongly.
Forgive, learn, grow, embrace, reset, and reevaluate. How would you like to show up today?
When you walk out the door in the morning, do you bring with you compassion and positivity? Do you bring with you your light and lead with your heart?
From now on, each day, make a habit of participating in something that contributes to or embraces your spirituality and enlightenment. This will help keep you focused on your personal growth. So maybe that looks like a podcast, a book, the Gaia network, a new spiritual practice, reiki, a salt bath, a new meditation, a yoga class, etc.
Our spiritual journeys are unique; no two will look alike, but you hold the pen and the paper to write your story. Remember that…
“When you are kind to others, it not only changes you, it also changes the world.” Harold Kushner
